Only one report per day? One should be able to submit reports daily based on feedback, or, potential feedback for that matter.
My application for an add sim (YES, I AM AM EXISTING CUSTOMER!) was done on Wednesday the 13th of March 2013. Sure, I understand 24 to 48 hours. No problem.
What really bugs me is that on the third day my application is still in the same stage as it was in the second day period.
Constant promises of people phoning you back is... well.. non existent
I cannot believe that a business of MTNs nature can take so long to process an application considering I am an existing customer. Honestly, if you do not wish to do any further business with me, then don"t sting me along. Simply let me know, cancel all my existing lines and we can part business ways amicably. Why around in grey areas? its either yes or no? Three days? Theres something wrong with this process.
Go ahead MTN, contact me directly and I am happy to share my disappointment in your business!
Should you wish to increase your business penetration, I would be happy to assist at a premium as I have done for many other companies.
