Getting feedback by post would be more effective

We are in the process of applying for a business credit card facility with our bank.

First meeting: we met with Kedibone to find out what is required for the application. She instructed us to aquire our company financials and other necessary documentation. (This was on the 13th of January, 2013)
Second meeting: after getting all our paperwork ready, we returned to Kedibone to start the application process. We were informed that it would take 2 - 3 business days to process. (8 March 2013)

Here's where the starts:
A WEEK LATER, (15 March) we phone to find out how the process is faring - Kedibone informs us that she requires yet another form to be filled in. This form contains EXACTLY the same information as on all the other documentation we have submitted. Nevertheless, we filled in the form, and sent it back the same day.

It is the 26th of March today. After countless attempts to contact Kedibone, our calls and messages still have not been answered. We got a hold of Kedibone's assistant yesterday, only to find out that she (Kedibone) is in trainibg for two days.

Way to go guys. You make us proud.
