No service delivery from Telkom at all :(

I have been trying now for 2 months just to submit an application form for our Business to increase our existing line capacity of an existing PBX ( Private Branch Exchange ) which NONE of your sales people seem to know about. This I find is extremely shocking . I have been passed on to 10 different people- running up our business bills sitting on the line waiting to be given constructive information and contacts . I was even given highly recommended people to get hold of - which included managers and they do not answer their work or cell numbers- how on earth is this reliable? This is disgusting service. I was given a incorrect fax number as well to send the application form through- still no response as of 19 September 2013.PLEASE could someone who is competent with this get back to me asap? ALL we are asking is to submit a simple form through!! That is all- is this too much to ask??
