Lack of feedback and assistance

We have recently registered a company, Preator (Pty) Ltd, and have struggled to open a business account since middle Nov 2013. The last of a series of email and telephone conversations that corrected our application with all the supporting documents happened on 4 Dec 2013 with the automated reply:

"Thank you for your e-mail correspondence, we are attending to your request and will be in contact within 3 business days, excludes public holidays and weekends.
For more information please contact our Business Banking Desk during business hours (08h00 - 17h00 Monday-Friday) on 087 575 9479.
FNB Business Banking."

Since then no joy regarding feedback if the application is correct or if it is approved / declined.
