Still awaiting feedback on my new Application

I've applied for medical aid, and I'm not getting any pleasure in getting any feedback from Momentum. I sent several request, (last one being yesterday) for feedback from Sydney Mpolokeng, (New Business Health Consultant) and even though he had read my e-mails, he simply not responding to me. My worry now is that I'll be 90 days without being on any medical aid on the 30th July 2013, and should I start applying to another scheme, they will impose a waiting period on my cover, and Momentum Health will be to blame, as they are relaxed in processing application..

I wonder how you get new business if it takes you a month to process one application.
