First National Bank
No Feedback!

On the 18th of April 2013 our application for a merchant ID was submitted to FNB. Since then we have had NO feedback what so ever in regards to our application and the progress there of. All we are told is that its gone to pre-vetting and they will follow up and get back to us. We have not had anyone get back to us with its progress. It has been over a month now. I find the level of customer service we are receiving from FNB shocking! We have even spoken to our business account manager and he said he would follow up. His response was also they will get back to him. Not having our application processed in one thing, but not getting back to us with an update or an answer as to why its taking so long is another!

Can someone PLEASE let us know what is happening with our merchant ID application and why its taking so long to process? This is holding up one of our projects and effecting our business!
