No Response on Contract Application / Bad Service

I applied for a Data contract on the 19th of Feb 2013. I heard nothing from them and on querying them the Friday, 22nd Feb had to learn that they had queries regading statements supplied. After spending 30 min to explain all the documents supplied I was ensured that the application will be processed. A week later, the 27th, I enquired again about the application and was told the system was off and they could do nothing until it was restored. Friday the 1st of March I went to them again and after spending another half an Hour in store, was ensured that the application will be processed as the technician was bussy repairing the network problem. On Monday the 4th I went back to them and enquired again about the application. I was told that the application was handed to the manager and that they would have an answer for me by end of business on Monday. Well it's Wednesday again and no answer!!! Two weeks plus just to process an aplication?? An everytime I have to go into the shop to enquire why its not done! No feedback whatsoever. The number just rings when you call in!! I'm canceling my application tomorrow and will go to someone that wants to do business!!!
