My upgraded phone (Blackberry Bold) had a faulty screen (white screen) and was replaced by another Blackberry Bold phone in December 2012. The replacement phone only lasted for about two weeks with another screen problem. The phone was collected by Customer service in January 2013 in Vryburg and I was given an account for the repair. I refused to pay for the repair as my research and friends also complained of this inferior product and then took the matter further with Fatima Lelia. In the meantime using my old blackberry suffering from the lost of information time goes by with no feedback. Fatima requested a technical report and pictures as I claimed that there were no abuse caused by me on the phone. I also refuse to accept another Bold Blackberry phone as I have lost confidence in the product and would rather use a phone which i can rely on. Blackberry Customer Service also do not give a reference number of the calls and I am really upset with Blackberry Customer Service as I am of the opnion that my inconvenience does not matter.
Unfortanately I cannot get hold of Fatima and she is not responding to my e-mails. I hope that this avenue will pass and resolve the matter.
