We bought a Blackberry Torch at Vodacom in Centurion mall (phone nr. 1) in October 2012. After 2 days the touch schreen did not work. We returned the phone. With in a weeks time they gave me a new Blackberry torch phone. (phone nr.2) From the first day the phone's scrollbar scrolled on its own i could'nt even type a message i returned the second Blackberry torch AGAIN. After 3 weeks I received ANOTHER new Blackberry torch (phone nr 3) I had it for 2 months and just suddenly it went dead and did'nt want to switch on at all. This phone was 100 persent and just at one moment died. EVERY TIME I loose all my contacts, BBM contacs ect. it a total hasttle and frustration. The bad quality of the Blackberry torch is well known every where. Currently im whitout a phone for three weeks and I took the phone in to Vodacom Centurion (contact nr.012 663 3918) ( Job nr 8472743) again on Monday (7 January 2012). Since the Blackberry Torch gives so much trouble I demanded a replacement phone Blackberry Bold 9900 because I lost my confidence in the Blackberry torch and refuse to be inconvenienced any further. Today I received a REFURBISHED blacberry torch from Vodacom and its unacceptable.
