On the 05 of april 2013 i upgraded my cell phone contract from a Blackberry Bold 9780 to a Blackberry Bold 9900 on the 25 of July i was back at the MTN shop because the phone was giving me problems so the sales person said that they can book it in for a warranty assessment of which it was done and i was told that the 9900 bold was discontinued but they will try source it from another mtn shop and i was told to come check 2 weeks later which was the 08 of August 2013 i went to the shop after work and when i got there the store manager looked as if thou they had not even tried to get ahold of another headset for me. So out of desperation i was told i could choose another phone of which i did a Blackberry z10. after some time using the phone it become quite evident that it could not fulfill the purpose i bought a blackberry for i contacted MTNSP directly via email and i was told they is nothing they can do to swap back the Z10 because the 10 days cooling off period was over of which i was not informed about. so i want my bold 9900 back and they must take they z10 its a huge inconvenience and expense for me.
