I am trying to port to cell c, after years of being ripped off by mtn... so my contract is ending on 7 february, so I call cell c and try and start th process... I described that it is a company cell account right int he beginning, after taking down ten minutes Worth of details i repeated that it was a co. account..only to be told that I was speaking to the wrong department, and that they would hand over my details to the correct department, who would call me within 30 minutes..well its been 6 hours and still no all..so no doubt i will have to start all over again and waste even more of my time..which makes me wonder..should i even bother if the service is like this at the start...
