SHOCKING MTN SERVICE

MTN service call line 0839000349 needs a wake up call in customer service! I handed my Blackberry in 11 days ago and phone regularly to get feedback. I called again today and was told that it is still being 'assessed'?! Thats after 11 days?! The lady I spoke to promised me she would phone me back in 5 mins with feedback. Needless to say, she did not. I phoned again to talk to her supervisor but was told that supervisor 'Sarah' is busy with admin and cannot talk to me today. I sent a message to her telling her that my matter is urgent and she sent back a message saying that my urgent matter would have to wait for tomorrow. She said that she was completing a report for her boss 'idumelang'. I asked to talk to Idumelang and was told that customers cannot skip Sarah, and have to go through Sarah to Idulelang?! I asked to talk to any other boss and was told that no customer is alowed to talk to any boss besides Sarah, and that Sarah would get back to me in her time?!!!
I aksed to send a message to the bigger boss 'Jonny Wilson', and was told that Jonny does not deal with customers?!?!
MTN are living in the dark ages i.t.o. customer service!!! I feel like changing to vodacom! Disgusting
