I purchased two 900g blocks of Gouda cheese last weekend (03.10.2025) at Checkers Parow Centre. We've only used one this week, while the other one is still sealed in the fridge but has become completely moldy, even though the expiry date is only December 2025. This is unacceptable. Cheese is very expensive these days, and I cannot lose my money by having to throw this block away without compensation. I request a refund or some form of compensation.
