I need to take my Blackberry Bold 9900 in for repairs for the 5th time this year. I have requested that I want another handset the previous time I took the phone in. I apparently received a new Blackberry Bold 9900 (after Vodacom forgot to inform me to come and fetch the phone) but had the same issues since I switched it on for the first time. I had to restart it in order to navigate. I can't have one phone call EVER. The call drops EVERY time. The phone restarts randomly, whether you are on a call or not. Whilst speaking to someone, it will just put them on hold and phone someone else, sometimes the same person you are speaking to. I have not installed any applications on the phone to see whether the problems goes away, needless to say, it doesn't. I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do to get another model phone as clearly the problem is with the Blackberry Bold 9900. I don't have time to take the phone in every weekend, thus I battle until I REALLY can't take it anymore or I have to ask someone to take it in on my behalf. This phone is going back again hopefully this weekend. WHAT can I do to NOT have a Blackberry Bold 9900 EVER again?
