UPGRADED TO A FAULTY PHONE

On Monday 2013-07-29 I upgraded from FRE MTN 750@819 BIS INCL to 24 mnth mtn Anytime 750. I had a Blackberry Bold 9900, and the new upgrade phone Michelle gave me was A Blackberry Q10. She cut my simcard so it could fit in the new phone. I went home and made a backup of the old phone, so I could install the backup on the new phone. The new phone refuses to read the backup. Thus I accessed the Blackberry Protect website and retrieved all my information on the phone. The next evening all my telephone numbers were gone, as well as all my information on the Q10 phone. Thus I have been struggling two days with this new phone. Thuesday evening I took the old Bold and put my simcard in the old phone. I retrieved the backup, and now I am using the old phone again. On Wednesday Morning I went back to Wonderpark Branch to exchange the new Q10 for a Bold Upgrade. MTN refused and said that there is nothing wrong with the phone. I complied before the seven days are over, and I have to pay a contract for two years using an old phone. I cannot use the Q10 and do not want it. I want MTN to take back the Q10 phone, and give me a upgrade Bold for my contract.
