I have a new contact with Mtn. Two months in to my contact My Blackberry Bold 9900 gives me a whole lot of problems I take it back to the store because I know blackberry gives a 2 year guarantee on the phones. The manager tells me that my phone will go in and they will repair it or give me a second hand phone. I told him this is a new phone I am paying for a new phone how can they give me a second hand phone or fix a problem with the phone when the problem is the phone its self. They said they could not do anything else to help me. Now I have my new phone with all its problem and I can't wait for it to be over. MTN Customer service and Blackberry should worry about making customers happy because I can't wait to leave Mtn and throw away my blackberry cause that's how useless this phone is to me right now.
