Vodacom cancellations dept don't answer phones!!!

I have been trying for THREE days to get through to Vodacom's mystery cancellations department. I don't think it actually exists. The calls get dropped, no one ever answers, and I'm sick of listening to that music now.

I want to cancel my contract! I suppose they're going to tell me that I've left it too late when (or if) I EVER get to speak to these people.

I absolutely HATE dealing with Vodacom.
