Subject: Product Quality Concern – Flat and Leaking 2L Bottles of Coca-Cola

I hope this message finds you well.
I am writing to express my concern regarding a recent experience with your product. As a long-time and enthusiastic Coca-Cola fan, I was disappointed to discover that both 2-liter bottles I purchased were leaking and completely flat upon opening. This was not only unexpected but deeply frustrating, as I’ve always trusted Coca-Cola to deliver consistent quality.
To add to my concern, my daughter recently had a similar experience—her bottle of Coca-Cola was also flat upon opening. These incidents have left us puzzled and disappointed, especially given our longstanding loyalty to the brand.
I understand that occasional issues may arise during production or distribution, but I wanted to bring this to your attention in the hope that it can be investigated and addressed. I would appreciate any insight into what might have caused this and whether there are steps being taken to prevent such occurrences in the future.
