I have been trying since 1 April 2013 to get through to Vodacom's cancellations department.
The calls get dropped, no one ever answers, and my last call went on for 40 min with no answer.
I hereby request in public forum that my number 072 610 5822 to be cancelled. The contract expires on the 14th of April 2013.
I wish to cancel my contract and be a prepaid customer with the similar number.
Please send me a letter confirming receipt of my complaint and steps in addressing this matter.
