We emailed the vodacom customer center on 11 September requesting to cancel our contract with them. We received an email back to say they had spoken to the contract holder and the request has been processed. We found out today, 19 September that nothing has been done. Is vodacom just lying to clients in their emails or are their consultants just this useless?!! Our reference on the email was 002R~R0QG. I've been holding on their cancellations line listening to music for half an hour now and no one has answered. Vodacom service is absolutely shocking!!!
