I have been trying 3 days to contact the sales department to change the delivery address of a new contract. I still have not managed to speak to anyone there, I had to find out from the cancellations department that their Iphone 5 is out of stock. I also could not cancel the contract because their system is offline all the time. I can get the same phone from Cell C faster than what Vodacom can answer a phone. I someone from Vodacom takes the time to read this report, please ask your cancellations department to contact me.
