No answer from the call-centre

I have tried every day this week to get through to the cancellations department at Vodacom. The number I am dialing is 0821958. There is never an answer! The music keeps playing in the background, and a voice keeps telling me I will be transferred to the next available operator, but no-one ever comes on the line!!! I really need to speak to someone and get my information through, so that I can cancel my contract!! Will someone please contact me!!!
