Absolutely no service at all. I've stayed on the phone for hours but nobody answers. I've been trying from 2nd Sept. I don't think Vodacom actually has someone at this department. If Vodacom keeps this up I WILL let all my contracts end and then switch to another service provider. I've got three contracts with Vodacom and want to let the one that has ended switch over to prepaid but nobody ever answers at the cancellations department. As it is I do not have the time to hold on for hours. So frustrated at the moment.
Maybe I should try calling the sales department because they will answer instantly.
