I have been trying to solve an issue with cell c regarding my DAta contract which i cancelled in writing at the centurion store on the 11th of November 2012 yet i was still debited end of december 2012 a case was logged and to date i have not received any response from cell C billing department, to add to this a customer survey call was received and i expressed my frustration not having my Refund being sorted out on 28/02/2013 today being 01/03/2013 no news from Cell c Some one please assist me with my problem
