I have tried calling vodacom cancellations for 4 days now but to no avail. all i get is that music and the voice prompt that assures me that i am being transferred to the next consultant. i have on average waited for 45 mins per call. i need a final figure so i can pay up my vodacom accounts in full. other than the call centre there is no other way to get ahold of the cancellations dept. please assist.
