Last week I complaint on hallopeter, got a response from mtn that the complaint will be handed to management. Have not heard anything from them, so I thought ill go in to mtn westgate and go ask. I'm gonna say this one last time, the woman there refused to help me and so rude. I had the original invoice that I get monthly in my hand and apparently she can't even check if my phone is back from repairs or still at repairs. Get some one to phone me as soon as possible. Currently I am paying for a phone and I don't even have it. Its been four weeks now. And I want an apology from that rude staff at the westgate branch store next to clicks. If I have not heard from you by monday I will be forced to take other actions.
