23March booked in my Lumia 710 as it had problems, was told to come after 3 weeks and it should be ready, i went back on the 24th April, was told it had been taken back to Nokia it should take 1 week atleast before it's back with them (Westgate, this is after 4 not 3 weeks as i was prev told&also written on that request form) fine... On the 4th May i went back there, and i was told my phone is still not there, even though i had in fact phoned Cell C repairs (the prev day) & was told my phone had been delivered to Westgate on the 22nd April already!! On my way back home (same day) my husband gets a phone call from Cell C Westgate saying my phone is there for me to collect obviously i couldn't go back seeing i had other thing to do. On Monday afternoon i called Westgate to confirm before i go for mahhala again, the lady i spoke to said she'll call me back after taking the IMEI no and my contact but didn't!! i then asked my aunt to go there and fetch since like them am also working. BUT she came without it as well, its not there yet she was told!! i have a micro sim which i get minutes on for this phone, i'll better not forfeit those minutes as i don't have a micro sim phone to use!
