My originally query started on 22/02/2013 where I sent a phone in for repairs (as per service repair serial number 1-6645404456). Received the phone with a screen now cracked by MTN. They then advised me to pay about R4k for the repairs to damages they induced to the screen. On 18/07/2013, I logged a Hello Peter complaint where Wenzile Masina advised a response will be provided by the store from her escalation (REQ:2435562).
Now more than 5 months from the booking date, I don't have the phone for which services I have been paying for.
MTN has really disappointed me, worseeven, they have not supplied me with contracts.
