I booked in my phn almost 1 month ago for repairs at the mtn westgate store next to clicks. i have had to follow up at my own expense on what is happening with my phn. I called HVRC on 18th and was told that the phone was enroute back to the store and would arrive that same day. Today is the 20th and still i have not had feedback on the phn. I called HVRC again, another cost to myself as i have had to continously call and check on progress. I spoke to Karida who advised me that my phone WAS RECEIVED BACK BY DARREN ON 18TH AT 14H33.
SO WHY HAVE I NOT BEEN CALLED TO SAY THE PHONE IS BACK IN THE STORE...???
FOR 2 DAYS MY PHONE HAS BEEN SITTING IN THAT STORE AND SO CONVIENTLY DARREN'S MANAGER IS NOT AVAILABLE. EVERY TIME I HAVE TO BOOK IN A PHONE WITH WESTGATE I HAVE TO DEAL WITH THIS. NO ONE CALLS TO SAY THE PHONE IS READY FOR COLLECTION.
