21 Days Turn-around To Neve

I am completely frustrated at the Turn-Around Times for repairs at the VodaShop Westgate. I submitted my Blackberry on the 17 December 2012, with a screen problem, the screen was had just turned white and was promised that my phone would be repaired in 21days.

On my return in late January to check on my phone after no communication and request a temporary Phone I was told that service is no longer available and that my Phone would be ready the following week.

To date I have not received an SMS a Call to say that at least there is a delay with repairs or that my phone cannot be repaired. I am paying monthly for service I do not use.

I would like my phone back working or not.

So much warrantee with such service, you can keep it.

Please return my phone. I would rather then claim from insurance.
