I bought my phone 23 November 2013 I went down to Cape Town 2 weeks later when I was down in C.T. on the 7 December 2013 the phones keypad packed up some keys worked and some did not worked so I phoned Cradlestone they said I must take it to Canal Walk there is a VC repair shop the guy said I must book the phone in they will send it to Jhb for repairs so I said its fine I life in Jhb I will take it in there while I was still on holiday the keys started to work again up in Jhb the same broken keys stop to work again so i took it back Cradle Mall they said I must take it to Westgate so I took it to Westgate they sms me to tell me the phone is ready for collection so I went there they said its liquid damage I asked them that I would like to speak to the manager and I said to them that this phone did not fell in water because some of the keys are working and some not and he said it can be of moist in the air that that happens I said then I want a new phone never heard that a phone can get damaged by moist in the air but I insist on a new phone because if the salesperson told me that that would happen I would not have purschased the phone! They don't want to replace it! VERY UNHAPPY
