I took my phone in for repairs 2 weeks ago on a Sunday the whole week almost passed and I received no communication from Vodacom until I called to follow up just to find out that my phone was never booked in no job number was assigned and the phone was never shipped to Cresta for repairs to be done. I f i hadn't called to follow up my phone would've stayed at westgate longer, I am not impressed by the level of service such a huge company portrait whilst fully aware they didn't provide me with a loan phone and in turn delaying the repairs to my phone.
This was not a great experience not at all
