PHONE RETURNED AFTER 4 WEEKS, NO REPAIRS DONE!

I laid a complaint earlier on last week about the shocking experience I've had with MTN over the past 4 weeks. I handed my phone in at the store on 13 March, for repairs and since then it has been one mishap after another. Initially, the phone had apparently mistakenly been delivered to Potchefstroom (2 weeks ago) by the courier company, RTT. The store could then not verify the location of my phone for the ensuing weeks, at which point I laid my first complaint on HelloPeter. On Tuesday, 02 April, I was emailed by the regional manager, informing me that the phone was in JHB. I then had to practically harass the staff at Woodmead yesterday, and send emails to practically everyone at MTN, asking why I had not received my phone when it was supposedly in JHB. Eventually I was told on the 5th that I could pick my phone up, but when I went to pick it up (leaving work in Newtown, driving to Woodmead), I got there and NO REPAIR WORK HAD BEEN DONE ON THE PHONE AT ALL AFTER 4 WEEKS! The phone was still not working! I was forced to leave the phone again, and I am absolutely disgusted in MTN. I've asked that they cancel my contract with them, they have refused! But how am I expected to stay
