Still waiting for my phone

Good day,

I have been waiting nearly four weeks now for my phone, after submitting it for repairs.

When ever i phone the Westgate MTN branch (situated next to Clicks), their server is down and they cant assist.

If you ask me they are just lazy to do their jobs.

I cant even count the number of problems i had with this MTN Branch, either you wait for your phone from repairs, or they are rude, or their server is down, or when you upgrade you wait weeks for stock.

I cant take this poor service from MTN any more. I'm starting to regret that i have contracts with you guys.

I bet that i wont have these problems from Vodacom or even Cell C.
