Bad attitude and bad service

So I gave in my phone for repairs. I was told I would wait 3 weeks and I accepted. 2 weeks went by and they kept me updated regularly with sms'e saying your phone is in for repairs and your phone is at the repair station etc. Then suddenly nothing. I went to CellC to find out what is going on and the woman at the counter told me that my phone was beyond repair and that they will give me a new phone. I told her that its fine. I phoned just now asking how 's the progress with the phone and she told me it it is still in repairs. At this point I was furious, because it was at repairs 2 weeks ago so what is so difficult in giving me my new phone if they cant fix the old one. While I was talking and going on about how I want my phone by next week, she just the phone down in my ear. I phoned back and a guy answered. He gave the phone to the woman and I asked her why did she do it..Then she went and put the phone down in my ear again after I told her I want my phone buy next week.. I mean really?? If this is the service I am getting I will never renew my contract with them and they will loose a loyal customer. Wake up CellC..this bad service is destroying your brand
