Hi, i recently upgraded my Blackberry curve to BB Bold 9900 in January 2013 because the curve was freezing all the time and when i sent it in to vodacom for repairs they sat with it for 3 weeks and it came back as it was. When i upgraded the phone it started freezing within a month after I bought it. I went to vodacom to complain as ask them to do something ad they said no they don't fix phones at the branch upstairs I must send it to the one down stairs. when i got to the Vodacom 4U still at Alberton city i was told its a manufacture fault they can not assist I must send it directly to Blackberry. they are just the network provider nothing more and if i they do it for me, it will take more than 3months for me to get it back. I've tried contacting BB on their website, no one calls back. on their facebook page they delete my post and block me. they only want great comment they can't deal with real issues that we face after buying rejects that they sell to us. I restart this phone atleast twice a day. it is unacceptable! I want someone to take some responsibility here and do something. I can not be paying for rejects because that's what I'm paying for at the moment!
