Phone sent for the 4th time for repairs

I bought a Blackberry 9320 on contract, from Vodacom cellular Bar in East rand mall in Aug, last yr. Few weeks later, it started freezing. It then got worse as the time went by. I then decided to take it in for repairs, at the same place where i bought, beginning of Feb, this yr. A lady, by the name of Melissa, booked it in for repairs. After 2 weeks, she phoned me to tell m that my phone was back, i should come collect it. When i got there, the phone had no report that came back with it to say what was wrong with the phone. She then told me to come back the ff day, for the report, she'll contact Vodacom, Alberton and request a report. The ff day, i went there, only to find out that, my fone was never even sent for repairs, it had been lying there the whole tym. She then booked it again. Again, the fone came back with a report stating that, they software was upgraded. I took it, but i had to return it, coz i couldnt even use it for one day. It was booked in again, for the 3rd tym, and after 2 weeks, it came back, but now the operating system was upgraded, but there was still no change, so i took it back on the 2nd of April. Im really getting frustated, coz i dnt have a phone
