Not getting the full use out of my phone

I am extremely disappointed in the service which I am receiving from Vodacom/BlackBerry. About a month ago I sent my BlackBerry in for repairs as the battery did not last, the phone kept on freezing, and I struggled logging on to Facebook. I sent my phone in on 3 different occasions all concerning the above mentioned problem. Each time I had to wait between 3-10 to receive my phone back and it the mean time I was sitting with no phone. Vodacom gave me a refurbished phone which worked well for the first couple of weeks now I am sitting with the same problem all over again. All of these may see petty but my point is that I have paid for this phone, as well as I am paying for my BIS every month - and I'm not getting the full use out of my phone. BlackBerry/Vodacom advertises these phones to have all these functions but you can't get the full uses out of it. Now over the past couple of days, during the night my Blackberry loses signal, allowing no SMSs, BBMs, WHATSAPPs, or Facebook notifications to come through until it resets its self. Today I am unable to get onto Facebook at all. This is really unacceptable! And if I send my phone in again, I must sit without a phone for /- 10 Day
