I want to start off by saying I am so frustrated i dont even know what to do anymore. about 3 years ago I got a blackberry curve, and it gave me such hassles that I promised myself I would never go blackberry again. Thats were my big mistake comes in... at the end of my 2 year contract, i went for the blackberry bold 9900, i thought to myself, maybe my phone was just a dud. well, it wasnt, about 2 or 3 months in to my new 2 year contract, i started having problems again, such as the scroller not working and hectic freezing. so i sent it in for repairs, and i was without my phone for 2 weeks. it got back and not long after that, i had problems again. any way, it carries on like this, i eventually even got another phone. bottom line, im one year into my contract, this phine just freezes, it restarts itself, even if im on the phone talking to some one. this is the worst cellphone on the planet (and i mean blackberry not just the bold). eventually i was so frustrated i found blackberry on facebook and left them a message, telling them my frustrations, the next day i got a message from them asking what was wrong, i told them but its been a week and still no response. what more must i do
