I have phoned non stop to do follow ups on my upgrade after I have sent a faulty phone back, they booked the new phone late, I have not received any phone call from Riyaazneyer at head office to let me know what the is going on, apart from that I get a huge bill last week of which half is not supposed to be charged as the upgraded phone was faulty. It's not my problem that the phone wasn't working like it shouldv'e and I shouldn't be charged for giving it back with in 7 working days!!! What the is wrong with you people? You don't do any follow ups on your clients account!! I have to constantly phone on my expense to sort out your bad service and incompetency. This is utter rubbish! I'm sick of Nashua!!! Can someone competent enough and diligent please help me???
