My name on ITC and the account is paid up

I had a contract with Nashua mobile and the account was paid up, I received a letter from Nhlakanipho Hlatswayo from the Nashua Legal Department to advise me that the account is paid and closed, now I can't apply for any thing because its not cleared and I have been listed in ITC
