Not being called when my phone is back from repai

I took my contract phone some time towards the end of October 2012 at Vodacom Southgate mall. This year it had problems freezing, cutting calls, cant read memory card etc and I took it for repairs at Vodacom Southgate on the 07th April 2013. It read the memory card this time thou the settings were different...(I took it as not a train smash since i'll call the customer help care line to assist on that), it also says im not connected to the wireless network (blackberry appworld, facebook, twitter, whatsapp. I called the Vodacom customer help care and was transferred to Blackberry support (155), the guy assisted me and what he was saying couldn't be done by the phone (it rejects) he adviced to take it back and he said the time the software upgrade was done hes sure that something was omitted or so. we even check the BIS as it was active. I Took again on the 1 May 2013 at Vodacom Southgate and I was attended by a lady called Mabel, unfortunately she told me they were off line, I had to leave the phone with her. On the 7 May I received an sms saying phone has been booked in and will be sent to the nearest Vodacom for repairs... my question were they offline for 7 days?? again on 10 May I
