Epairs not being done

I have a blackberry torch 9310 at the moment and its been in for repairs twice now. Every time it HAS TO BE BOOKED IN FOR 4 WEEKS and then i get a other refurbished blackberry back. I loose all my programmes i bought and a few weeks down the line the cell does exactly the same thing. It freezes and i have to take the battery out and reset the thing the writing overlaps making it impossible to read. I use to be a blackberry lover but I'm so disappointed in this blackberry and the lack of service i get from vodacom repairs that i just give up. They always say it's not our fault we do what blackberry head office says and we acknowledge that there is a problem with the torch but once again its blackberry not vodacom, so i get stuck without a cell for 4 weeks just to get an even worst refurbished cell back. It cost me R6499.00 AND ITS USELESS My last jobcard:820628 they send a refurbished fone back and wow its getting stuck AGAIN FREEZING... Please tell me were to from here i cannot go on like this. If i have to go direct to Blackberry I will just give me details on were to go please. Hope to hear from you soon.
