What does one need to do to improve reception? To date, I have complained for the last 7 months to the email address Veronica, an MTN robot keeps on mentioning when she replies on Hellopeter. This is shocking. Are the employees responsible for managing complaint/customer emails illterate at MTN? This is the only plausible explanation. To date I have 18 reference numbers, all detailing and affiliated to the original complaint. My reception is shocking and i cannot make any calls or receive calls without the call cutting or use any data services due to such a poor MTN signal. More shocking is that I reside in Illovo, Sandton. Vodacom signal is perfect however. Such losers MTN! Despicable and frustrating especially for a contract subscriber.
