I raised my concern last month with regard to the really really bad reception which is afftecting me receiving calls, email, data download are really bad, I was contact the next day with a comittment that my matter will be resolved and that i will receive a callback, its been 2 months and no call back and still beifn severely affected and impacted by signal issues, dropped calls, people calling me and they receive subscriber not available. i dnot receive my emails on time, whatsapp does not connect, I send sms out and receiptients receive my message hours later. I an requesting that my contracts by terminited as I am not receiving the service.
