POOR /NO CELL C RECEPTION & DATA CONNECTIVITY

Still poor reception and connectivity in area.cellular calls connect poorly and poor data signal.
Still waiting for new tower in area.
Signal poor throut PMB of late.
What is going on?
THIS IS MY THIRD COMPLAINT...
Pls SORT OUT... GOING TO POST ON FACEBOOK SO PEOPLE DONT TAKE OUT CONTRACTS WITHOUT KNOWING HOW BAD SERVICE IS.
