I complained about my Cell C signal last year. It is near none existent in most areas of JHB. I cant have one phone conversation without my calls dropping, and most of my incoming calls go straight to voicemail because I have no signal anywhere. This is unacceptable as I use my phone for business!!! CELL C supposedly sent someone out to check signal at my house but still nothing has changed, and the signal at my office in Bryanston is just as bad. I pay a fortune for my contract and get nothing for it. I want out now, and am not prepared to pay their exorbitant buy out fee! They are. I will do anything to be able to move back to Vodacom, who are at least reliable and who actually offer you a service in return for your money. The service, or lack thereof, that I have received from Cell C is absolutely shocking and this has now gone on for months! With Vodacom at least I could make and receive calls, and not get sent SPAM constantly.
