Poor reception-promises broken

After months of emailing, calling call centres an complaining at my nearest outlet store, Vodacom promised me that my poor reception is being attended to. Several months passed without any feedback and still poor reception. After renewed moaning and complaining, I received a call that Vodacom would come and install a signal booster at my residence on the farm. It has been almost 10 months since my first email and about 5 months since Vodacom promised to install the signal booster. I really am disappointed in Vodacom. I do a lot of bussiness on my cellphone and also use Vodacom to connect to the Internet, from where I do my banking. Dropped calls and poor signal, causes a lot of frustration and is also costing me a lot of money. I hope my problem could get resolved swiftly, because otherwise I would have to take my business elsewhere.
