MTN has shocking response time when it comes to installing a booster to improve signal. We have been requesting constantly to get a booster to improve the shocking signal we are paying for. The technical contact Lucky came out after a significant wait and then said we needed a booster but there was no stock available. We followed up after a couple of weeks and apparently there is stock but then a project needs to be logged blah blah and then somebody would come out, no specific date given.
In the meanwhile, we pay for shocking service and useless Internet (it is never 3G)... would somebody please contact us from MTN to deal with our issue timeously and professionally otherwise we will be requesting a refund for services not given.
