Having moved to Illovo, a hub close to Sandton, it is extremely disconcerting to note the continously poor signal when at home. At present, I am unable to receive or make calls with any clarity and cannot use my data package at all due to the signal being on Edge and having only 1 bar. As a paying consumer, this is really dissapointing to continously experience such a poor product. It is strange because a Vodacom signal is perfect!
MTN appears to be a stubborn, capital conglomerate with no interest in its customer base and with reducing customer numbers, I sincerely hope they realise that they need to resolve their problems by consciously addressing them! Having repeatedly emailed [Email Removed] and the assurance that my issue will be resolved, 3 months later nothing has been done. I continue to have a poor signal and at present, the only alternative I have is to move to other providers if this continues.
